FUSION Rehabilitation is a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary facility specifically designed to fuse the techniques of physical therapy and chiropractic care. Isaac Schibel

Physical Therapist

Isaac attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he played tennis and graduated with honors with a Cellular Biology-Immunology Degree in 1998. He then attended the Mayo Clinic Physical Therapy School in Minnesota and graduated with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Along with focusing on general orthopedics, Isaac specializes in spinal rehabilitation with functional training and vestibular and balance rehabilitation. He has been able to effectively treat a variety of spinal conditions with a multifocal approach with each of his patients.

Isaac enjoys spending time with his family, wife and two daughters along with biking, running, playing tennis and playing guitar.

Garrett Lane

Chiropractor
Garrett was born in New Jersey and moved to Connecticut to play soccer at the University of Connecticut. He then transferred to the University of Arizona where he continued soccer with a club team and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992. He went on to study chiropractic and graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Georgia in 1997. Following graduation, he ran a large multidisciplinary clinic in Manhattan before returning to Phoenix. While in Arizona, Garrett worked for a chiropractic facility for five years prior to opening Fusion Rehabilitation.
Garrett and Isaac have developed a treatment environment patients both trust and feel comfortable in. Garrett enjoys spending time riding his mountain bike and family time with his wife, three children and bulldog, Simba.

Reba Abarca

Physical Therapist
Reba realized at a young age she wanted to become a Physical Therapist after her older brother was hit by a drunk driver and had to have one leg amputated. After watching the Physical Therapists make long-term changes in her brother’s life, she knew this was a challenge she wanted to dedicate herself to everyday. She completed her Bachelor of Science at University of Pittsburgh in Physical Therapy. Since 1981 she has worked in various physical therapy settings throughout the Phoenix area, ranging from pediatric to geriatric. During this time she also did Missionary work in Argentina and San Salvador and not only practiced physical therapy, but became fluent in Spanish. Reba specializes in manual therapy; working with the spine, neck and back to decrease any pain or discomfort in patients.
She is also has her LSVT Certification for Parkinson’s. This allows her to perform high intensity and amplitude exercise training to improve movement and gait with Parkinson’s patients. When she’s not working or volunteering she likes to hike, sew, travel, and spend time with her four children, Zachary, Jersuha, Isaac, and Moriah.

Jeffrey Vinck

Chiropractor
Jeff is an Arizona native, growing up in Phoenix and attending Grand Canyon University. He advanced his education by moving to California and graduating from the Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1999. Jeff moved home to Phoenix upon graduating, and in 2006 he opened Quiropráctico Impacto. The idea behind his new venture was meeting the treatment needs of the automobile accident injury patient. Jeff is certified in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. This is where he learned the full spectrum of motor vehicle crash injury mechanisms.
When Jeff is out of the office, he likes to be at home with his family, watching the Arizona Cardinals, and taking pictures. Every July, Jeff volunteers with his church by traveling to Kenya to deliver medical relief to the slum of Korogocho. For more information on Jeff Vinck, DC visit his website!

Paul Trim

Chiropractor
Dr. Trim has been in private practice, but has always enjoyed being part of a healthcare team. This has enabled him to work with a medical doctor, naturopathic MD, and in company with other chiropractic professionals over the course of his 25 years in practice. He has certificates to utilize physiotherapy modalities as well as acupuncture. His primary focus has been on the diagnosis and treatment of acute injuries of the spine and extremities, resulting from sports, auto, home and work injuries. He also has considerable experience providing medical court room testimony, and is an effective communicator. He is happy to offer his experience to that of the dedicated, caring and professional Fusion team!
Dr. Trim is a 3rd generation Phoenician, and currently resides in Tempe. He has been happily married for over 30 years to the love of his life, and has four talented and unique children (one still at home). He enjoys nature, camping, and playing with his Frenchton (French bulldog and Boston terrier mix) “Tank”. His favorite passion is sailing. His favorite yearly activity is sailing his sailboat to Catalina Island, and hanging out for a week at a time with friends and family.
